From the Classroom to the Quarterdeck – A Founder Who Walks the Talk
Shobhit Tripathi, the founder of Lifex Career Merchant Navy, is not just an educator — he’s a visionary leader, a coach, and a mentor to hundreds of successful cadets. With years of experience in coaching and a deep understanding of the Merchant Navy selection process, he created Lifex to fill the gap between bookish teaching and real-life maritime preparation.
His leadership style is bold yet balanced — inspiring, slightly autocratic when needed, and always focused on results. He believes that students who are serious about their future need strong systems, personal guidance, and constant feedback — and that’s what Lifex delivers every day.
